All of the staff members were cooperative and helpful. Had essentials needed in the apartment, including coffee & tea making facilities, a fridge and a stovetop😃

Facing the magnificent Mediterranean, the location of Asafra Hotel Apartments offers breathtaking sea views. The staff were helpful throughout my stay. The Syrian restaurant on-site served delicious food. The beds were comfortable and the overall experience was very good.

The receptionist was unprofessional and tried to charge me an additional fee. The room I received was not the one I booked, and there was a miscommunication about the beach service.

The view and the staff were amazing! The hotel is located right in front of the Mediterranean Sea, offering a great view every morning. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They also have a fantastic restaurant where we had some delicious Syrian food. Another advantage was the comfortable and clean beds.

Some elements could have been improved, such as the price, which we felt was a little too high for what was actually offered. There was also some confusion about our room type, as we had booked a king bed but were given two single beds instead.

I recently spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Alexandria and had a great time. the location was awesome as it was close to the beach and city center. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay pleasant. the room was well equipped with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. the room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which was a bonus.
